Build the operational
AI layer with us.

Who we are

An operational platform,
not a content company.

AI Edge Academy is not a course marketplace. We build structured operational AI systems — for individual professionals, enterprise teams, and the BPO and GTM organisations scaling through workflow redesign.

Workflow-first methodology

Everything we build — every course, every enterprise programme, every internal tool — starts with workflow design. Not tool adoption. Not prompt engineering. Operational redesign.

Real production proof

ConfIntel — a live AI research platform built solo, no dev team — is the proof of methodology behind every course. We build what we teach.

Enterprise-grade positioning

Our ICP is operations leaders, GTM operators, BPO organisations, and enterprise enablement teams — not beginners looking for ChatGPT tips.

Systems thinking culture

Every role here is expected to think in systems, not tasks. We measure operational output, not activity. If you want to build things that compound, this is the right environment.

Open positions

Seven roles.
All remote. All EST.

We are building a focused team. Every role has real operational ownership from day one. No bureaucracy. No committee decisions.

Revenue
Account Executive
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts — from outbound prospecting through close. This is a consultative role. Our buyers are operations leaders and GTM executives who are evaluating AI implementation at team and organizational scale. You are not selling software; you are selling operational transformation with a clear methodology behind it.

What you will do

  • Own a named account list across BPO, GTM, and operations-heavy verticals
  • Run discovery, scoping, and proposal conversations with VP-level and above contacts
  • Manage pipeline in HubSpot with structured deal intelligence and forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with the product and curriculum team to match enterprise programmes to client workflow needs
  • Represent AI Edge Academy at industry conversations, LinkedIn, and events where relevant

What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, professional services, or EdTech
  • Experience selling to VP-level and C-suite in operational or GTM functions
  • Strong discovery methodology — you can run a consultative conversation without a script
  • Comfortable operating without a large SDR team or pre-built pipeline
  • Genuine understanding of AI workflow concepts (or strong appetite to learn them immediately)
  • EST zone availability for client communication and team collaboration

Growth & Operations
GTM Engineer
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will build and operate the systems infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion — outbound automation, CRM architecture, attribution, and the workflow layer connecting Smartlead, HubSpot, Make.com, and Netlify. This is a technical operations role, not a marketing role. You need to be comfortable building automation systems and debugging API integrations, not writing campaign briefs.

What you will do

  • Own the full GTM tech stack — Smartlead, HubSpot, Make.com, Netlify Functions, and integrations between them
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure including campaign sequences, webhook pipelines, and CRM sync
  • Design and implement attribution systems so every channel, campaign, and content piece has measurable ROI
  • Automate internal operational workflows — lead routing, contact enrichment, pipeline reporting
  • Debug, monitor, and improve existing Make.com scenarios and Netlify Function pipelines
  • Work directly with the founder on GTM system architecture decisions

What we are looking for

  • 2–5 years in a GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with at least two of: HubSpot, Smartlead/Apollo, Make.com/Zapier, Segment, or similar GTM tools
  • Comfortable reading and writing JavaScript/Node.js — Netlify Functions, webhooks, and API integrations
  • Strong systems thinking — you design workflows before you build them
  • Experience with cold outbound infrastructure, deliverability, and email sending domains is a strong plus

Product & Marketing
Product & Marketing Specialist
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will sit at the intersection of product development and market communication — helping translate our operational AI methodology into positioning, content, and course development that lands with the operators, GTM leaders, and enterprise buyers we serve. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be close to the product and expected to understand the methodology deeply enough to write about it with genuine authority.

What you will do

  • Own content production across the Insights hub — articles, category pages, and glossary content that build SEO authority
  • Support course curriculum development — structuring module outlines, workbooks, and implementation frameworks
  • Manage LinkedIn presence and organic content strategy aligned with the operator dispatch positioning
  • Develop enterprise-facing collateral — case studies, one-pagers, and capability documents for the sales team
  • Monitor course performance metrics and user feedback to inform product iteration
  • Coordinate with the GTM engineer on campaign messaging alignment and UTM attribution

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years in a product marketing, content strategy, or B2B marketing role
  • Exceptional writing — you write with precision and authority, not warmth and enthusiasm
  • Understanding of SEO, content architecture, and authority building through structured publishing
  • Genuine interest in AI implementation, workflow design, or operational systems — this is the content you will be producing
  • Experience with online learning platforms, course development, or technical content is a strong plus

Enterprise
Enterprise Success Manager
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will own the post-sale relationship with enterprise and organizational accounts — ensuring that teams who engage AI Edge Academy for workflow enablement programmes actually see measurable operational change. This is not a support role. You are an implementation partner for the organizations we work with, responsible for adoption outcomes and renewal.

What you will do

  • Manage onboarding, implementation planning, and adoption milestones for enterprise accounts
  • Run structured check-ins and operational reviews with client stakeholders at the team and leadership level
  • Identify workflow redesign opportunities within client organizations and connect them to AEA programme content
  • Own renewal and expansion conversations — working closely with the Account Executive on upsell opportunities
  • Build success frameworks and playbooks that can scale as the enterprise client base grows
  • Capture case study material and implementation proof from successful client engagements

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years in customer success, implementation management, or enterprise account management
  • Experience working with operational, HR, or GTM teams in a consultative capacity
  • Strong project management instincts — you can hold multiple client timelines without dropping detail
  • Comfortable with data — you measure adoption outcomes, not relationship warmth
  • Understanding of AI tools and workflow concepts — enough to be a credible implementation guide for enterprise teams

Product
AI Curriculum Designer
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will design and develop the implementation frameworks, module structures, and learning architecture for AI Edge Academy courses. This is not instructional design in the traditional sense — we do not build passive video courses. We build operational implementation systems that learners use in their actual work. The output of this role is structured workflows, workbooks, and module frameworks that produce measurable operational change.

What you will do

  • Design module outlines, lesson structures, and implementation frameworks for Courses 02–06 in the AEA catalog
  • Develop fillable PDF workbooks, workflow canvases, and implementation tools that accompany each module
  • Research and validate real-world workflow examples for each course vertical — GTM, operations, enablement, BPO
  • Collaborate with the founder on module demonstrations — identifying the right live workflow examples for each lesson
  • Maintain curriculum consistency across the catalog — same framework depth, same implementation standard
  • Iterate on existing Course 01 content based on learner feedback and completion data from Thinkific

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience design — ideally for professional or enterprise audiences
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and implementation-focused course design (not passive consumption)
  • Strong operational intuition — you understand how business workflows actually work
  • Experience with online learning platforms — Thinkific, Teachable, or similar
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools — you have designed or implemented AI workflows in real work contexts

Operations
Operations & Automation Analyst
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will own the internal operational infrastructure of AI Edge Academy — the systems, automations, and workflows that make the business run consistently without manual overhead. This role is part operations analyst, part automation builder, and part workflow designer. You will be building and maintaining the exact type of systems that we teach our clients to build.

What you will do

  • Identify and eliminate manual processes across finance, HR, customer communication, and course operations
  • Build and maintain Make.com automations for internal operational workflows
  • Own reporting infrastructure — building dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into revenue, pipeline, and course metrics
  • Manage vendor relationships, subscriptions, and tooling costs with structured evaluation frameworks
  • Support the GTM engineer on shared automation infrastructure — webhook pipelines, CRM data quality, and attribution
  • Document all operational systems so they are auditable and transferable as the team scales

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years in an operations, business analyst, or workflow automation role
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools — Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, or similar
  • Strong documentation habits — you leave systems better documented than you found them
  • Analytical mindset — you measure what you build and iterate on real data
  • Comfortable working in early-stage environments where the systems you build are the first version of something that will scale

Intelligence
Research & Intelligence Analyst
Remote EST Zone Full-time

You will build and operate the market intelligence infrastructure that keeps AI Edge Academy positioned at the front edge of the operational AI space — competitor analysis, ICP research, market signal monitoring, and the structured synthesis workflows that turn raw intelligence into strategic decisions. This role exists at the intersection of research, AI workflow design, and strategic analysis.

What you will do

  • Own ongoing ICP research — maintaining structured intelligence on the GTM, operations, BPO, and enablement verticals we serve
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence workflows that monitor positioning changes, new entrants, and market shifts in the AI education and implementation space
  • Design and operate AI-powered research systems for prospect intelligence — the same methodology taught in Course 01
  • Produce structured market signal reports for leadership — synthesising what is happening in the operational AI space and what it means for AEA positioning
  • Support the curriculum team with research validation — ensuring course content reflects real operational workflows, not theoretical frameworks
  • Manage and evolve the ConfIntel platform as a live research asset and proof point

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis
  • Strong structured thinking — you produce outputs that are actionable, not just comprehensive
  • Genuine fluency with AI research tools — you have built or used AI-powered research workflows in real contexts
  • Comfortable with primary research — you can run interviews, synthesise qualitative data, and extract signal from noise
  • Writing ability — you can produce intelligence briefs and market summaries that are precise and readable
