We are building the infrastructure layer for AI implementation — courses, systems, and enterprise programmes that turn workflow-first AI from a concept into organizational reality. We are early, focused, and fully remote.
AI Edge Academy is not a course marketplace. We build structured operational AI systems — for individual professionals, enterprise teams, and the BPO and GTM organisations scaling through workflow redesign.
Everything we build — every course, every enterprise programme, every internal tool — starts with workflow design. Not tool adoption. Not prompt engineering. Operational redesign.
ConfIntel — a live AI research platform built solo, no dev team — is the proof of methodology behind every course. We build what we teach.
Our ICP is operations leaders, GTM operators, BPO organisations, and enterprise enablement teams — not beginners looking for ChatGPT tips.
Every role here is expected to think in systems, not tasks. We measure operational output, not activity. If you want to build things that compound, this is the right environment.
We are building a focused team. Every role has real operational ownership from day one. No bureaucracy. No committee decisions.
You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts — from outbound prospecting through close. This is a consultative role. Our buyers are operations leaders and GTM executives who are evaluating AI implementation at team and organizational scale. You are not selling software; you are selling operational transformation with a clear methodology behind it.
You will build and operate the systems infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion — outbound automation, CRM architecture, attribution, and the workflow layer connecting Smartlead, HubSpot, Make.com, and Netlify. This is a technical operations role, not a marketing role. You need to be comfortable building automation systems and debugging API integrations, not writing campaign briefs.
You will sit at the intersection of product development and market communication — helping translate our operational AI methodology into positioning, content, and course development that lands with the operators, GTM leaders, and enterprise buyers we serve. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be close to the product and expected to understand the methodology deeply enough to write about it with genuine authority.
You will own the post-sale relationship with enterprise and organizational accounts — ensuring that teams who engage AI Edge Academy for workflow enablement programmes actually see measurable operational change. This is not a support role. You are an implementation partner for the organizations we work with, responsible for adoption outcomes and renewal.
You will design and develop the implementation frameworks, module structures, and learning architecture for AI Edge Academy courses. This is not instructional design in the traditional sense — we do not build passive video courses. We build operational implementation systems that learners use in their actual work. The output of this role is structured workflows, workbooks, and module frameworks that produce measurable operational change.
You will own the internal operational infrastructure of AI Edge Academy — the systems, automations, and workflows that make the business run consistently without manual overhead. This role is part operations analyst, part automation builder, and part workflow designer. You will be building and maintaining the exact type of systems that we teach our clients to build.
You will build and operate the market intelligence infrastructure that keeps AI Edge Academy positioned at the front edge of the operational AI space — competitor analysis, ICP research, market signal monitoring, and the structured synthesis workflows that turn raw intelligence into strategic decisions. This role exists at the intersection of research, AI workflow design, and strategic analysis.
If you understand operational AI, build things that compound, and want to work on a platform that is genuinely differentiated — reach out directly.
