By accessing or using aiedgeacademy.net and purchasing courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase. These terms apply to all visitors, students and anyone who interacts with our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Our courses are designed for business professionals and are not intended for children.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login with anyone else. Each purchase grants access to a single user. If we detect account sharing we reserve the right to suspend access without refund.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at help@aiedgeacademy.net.
Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own learning purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership of the content.

Single course and bundle purchases grant lifetime access subject to the platform remaining operational. Membership access continues for the duration of your active subscription.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
For monthly memberships, you will be billed automatically on the same date each month. For annual memberships, you will be billed once annually. You can cancel your membership at any time — see Section 7.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment remains unsuccessful your access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period. To cancel, log into your account on Thinkific or email help@aiedgeacademy.net.
All course content — including videos, PDFs, templates, frameworks and written materials — is the intellectual property of AI Edge Academy and Gennady Svetnikov. It is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the content for personal learning only.
The AI Edge Academy name, logo and brand marks are trademarks of AI Edge Academy. You may not use them without written permission.
Our courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, income, career results or business performance following completion of a course. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances and external factors outside our control.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Edge Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or courses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course or membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount. We reserve the right to update course content, add or remove modules, and change pricing at any time. Existing purchases are honoured at the price and scope at the time of purchase. We will notify active members of material pricing changes with at least 30 days notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to active students by email.
