Who built this

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York. My parents came from Eastern Europe — they did not have much, but they worked hard and figured it out. That is the environment that shaped how I think about business.

I had a mentor early in my career who taught me one thing that stayed with me for 25 years: people are people. Treat everyone the same. The real ones will reciprocate. That philosophy has guided everything since.

Fifteen years in banking — retail, wholesale, mortgage and investments. Six years building and leading BPO teams across the US, Eastern Europe and Latin America. A few other ventures along the way that taught me more than any classroom ever could. I am a husband and a father of two.

With that background, I could see clearly what was missing. The gap between what AI can actually do for business professionals and what people are being taught is significant. The training that exists is either built for engineers or so generic it stops being relevant before you finish it. I built AI Edge Academy to fill that gap.
