Refund Policy

Plain English summary: All sales are final. We encourage you to watch the free module and read the full course description before buying. If there is a genuine technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Our policy

All purchases from AI Edge Academy — including individual courses, course bundles, monthly memberships and annual memberships — are final and non-refundable.

We have made significant tools available to help you make an informed decision before purchasing:

  • A complete free module preview — 18 minutes of real course content, no signup required
  • Full module breakdowns for every course in the catalog
  • Detailed descriptions of who each course is for and what you will learn
  • A pre-sales contact option — email us at help@aiedgeacademy.net with any questions before you buy

Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • A documented technical failure on our platform prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a billing error

To request an exception, email help@aiedgeacademy.net within 7 days of your purchase date with:

  • Your full name and the email address used to purchase
  • The course or membership purchased and the date of purchase
  • A description of the technical issue with any supporting screenshots or evidence

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Membership cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current paid period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

To cancel: log into your Thinkific account and manage your subscription, or email us at help@aiedgeacademy.net and we will process it within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we will consider it a breach of these terms and may permanently suspend your account. We will provide full documentation of your purchase and access history to your bank in response to any dispute.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first. We are real people and we want to resolve genuine issues. Most disputes can be resolved quickly with a single email.

No outcome guarantee

Our courses provide education and practical frameworks. We do not guarantee specific career, income or business outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, circumstances and how you apply what you learn. Dissatisfaction with personal outcomes is not grounds for a refund.
